EMMA Data Use Policy

The re-use of scientific data has the potential to greatly increase communication, collaboration and synthesis within and among disciplines, and thus is fostered, supported and encouraged. The purpose of this policy is to describe conditions under which EMMA data will be shared and to ensure the proper attribution of EMMA products. All data collected or generated as part of an EMMA program, which may include, but are not limited to sensor data, photos, videos, figures, measurement data, GIS data and data compiled from outside databases are subject to this data use policy. If data are associated with programs or organizations besides EMMA, users should refer to and comply with data policies of those programs or organizations.
